Patrice Wolfe is a high-energy healthcare technology executive with a focus on transforming companies for maximum success. She is a board director for two healthcare companies and consults to private equity regarding healthcare IT M&A. Prior, Patrice ran Aetna’s healthcare technology segment that sold SaaS-based solutions and services to payers, providers, pharmaceutical and device manufacturers, large employers and state and regional health information organizations. She oversaw the successful sale of one of the Aetna companies to Health Catalyst in 2018.
Prior to that, Patrice spent 18 years at McKesson, primarily running various divisions of its $3B healthcare technology business. While she began her career at McKesson focused on the payer market, the majority of her tenure was spent working with large health systems and physician organizations. Prior to McKesson, Patrice worked at Truven (now IBM Watson) where she created and ran their HEDIS audit business, among other things.
Patrice holds a B.S. in Biology from Tufts University and an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and children.
